Steven I Milligram successfully defends physician against claims of medical malpractice

Steven I Milligram, a senior partner at Catania Mahon Milligram & Rider successfully defended our physician client, wining a trial  in Bronx County against claims of medical  malpractice where it was alleged that our client had failed to diagnose a condition leading to the death of a 5 year old child.  The month long trial culminated in a  verdict where the jury found that our client did not commit medical malpractice.
