Important Notice Regarding Corporate Transparency Act

***ALL CMR CLIENTS*** Please note that the Corporate Transparency Act went into effect on January 1, 2024, requiring all entities formed on or after January 1, 2024 to file a Beneficial Ownership Report to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network within 90 days of formation unless an exemption applies.

For entities formed prior to January 1, 2024, the filing deadline is December 31, 2024, unless an exemption applies.
