Important Update - Corporate Transparency Act

**TO ALL CMR CLIENTS** Please note that, following the order of a federal district court, the enforcement of the December 31, 2024, deadline to file a Beneficial Ownership Report to the Financial Crimes Network has been stayed. Under this Order, and unless further orders are issued, companies will not be subject to liability for failure to file by December 31, 2024.

Our office will closely monitor any new developments relating to this injunction and will provide timely updates to our clients.

We recommend that our clients continue to gather the necessary information to make this filing but may choose to hold off on making the filing until further developments are announced.
