Seamus P. Weir Joins Firm as an Associate

Catania, Mahon & Rider, PLLC is pleased to announce Seamus P. Weir has joined the firm as our newest associate in our litigation department. Seamus earned his bachelor's degree from SUNY Binghamton and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law.
Following law school, Seamus joined the Orange County District Attorney's Office in 2006. As an Assistant District Attorney, he handled cases involving Driving While Intoxicated, Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief. As a member of the Violent Felonies Unit, Seamus prosecuted a wide range of cases from gun possession to Attempted Murder.
Seamus is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State and Orange County Bar Associations, as well as the Women's Bar Association of Orange & Sullivan Counties.
