Catania, Mahon & Rider Welcomes New Associate, Mary J. Tamburri

Catania, Mahon & Rider is pleased to announce that Mary J. Tamburri has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2025. Her practice focuses on estate planning and administration, estate litigation, and adult guardianships.

Mary is committed to a client-first approach, working closely with individuals and families to create personalized estate plans that reflect their unique needs and goals. She is approved on the New York State Court’s Part 36 List to serve as attorney for the alleged incapacitated person and as court evaluator in Article 81 guardianships, as well as guardian ad litem in Surrogate’s Court proceedings.

Prior to joining CMR, Mary practiced at Couch White, LLP in Albany and interned with the Rensselaer County Surrogate’s Court during law school.

Mary earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2021, graduating summa cum laude, and holds a B.A. from Ithaca College, where she graduated cum laude.
