Wade Riachi joined Catania, Mahon & Rider, PLLC as a Senior Associate in May 2025. He is a seasoned corporate transactional attorney with over a decade of experience advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border deals across the U.S., Middle East, Europe, and Asia. His industry focus spans technology, healthcare, financial services, and industrials, with particular depth in technology-driven transactions, including digital health, fintech, SaaS, and advanced manufacturing.

Wade brings global transactional experience from top international and U.S. firms, including Fenwick & West, Sheppard Mullin, Bird & Bird, and K&L Gates, to clients in the Hudson Valley and beyond. His practice combines the sophistication of major market counsel with the accessibility of a regional firm. Based in Dutchess County, he helps expand CMR’s reach across the fast-growing Mid-Hudson corridor, bridging the gap between world-class legal services and local emerging businesses, established companies, and creative professionals.

He has deep experience in technology and IP transactions, including SaaS licensing, content and software agreements, terms of service, and data privacy compliance. He also advises clients developing or commercializing AI-enabled technologies on data licensing, privacy frameworks, and IP protection. Additionally, Wade has advised on transactions involving digital infrastructure and tokenized assets.

Fluent in Arabic and French and admitted to practice in New York, Wade combines an international legal perspective with deep local roots.
