Thomas J. Cummings joined Catania, Mahon & Rider, PLLC in May 2024. Tom represents clients in commercial and real property litigation matters, including contractors and owners in construction disputes and lenders in commercial foreclosure actions.
Tom earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, graduating cum laude, and received his Bachelor of Arts, magma cum laude, as a double major in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Albany (SUNY). In law school, Tom interned for the Honorable Laura Taylor Swain of the Southern District of New York.
Prior to joining CMR, Tom was an associate at law firms in New York City and the Hudson Valley. Outside of work, Tom is an avid music fan and enjoys golfing on the weekend.
